Estate Planning
There are many legal strategies involved in estate planning, including wills, asset protection, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care documents. We are here to assist you in tailoring what is right for you and your family.

Guardianship
What are Guardianships? Guardianships are legal arrangements that require the court to appoint a guardian for a ward, the person for whom the guardian makes decisions. Who qualifies as a guardian? A guardian must be over age 18 and a citizen or legal resident of the United States. Who qualifies as a Ward? Typically, a ward does not have the cognitive ability to make decisions for him or herself, and they cannot give informed consent for medical, personal, or financial matters.

Probate and Estate Administration
If you have a family member who dies with a valid will, their Estate must be Probated. If your family member dies without a will, their estate must go through a court processed which is called Estate Administration. Any adult family member may apply to be appointed Administrator of the Estate.
